- Experience: 4 years of work experience as an administrative assistant in a construction or related industry.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including QuickBooks, DIR, LCPTracker, or similar certified payroll management programs.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrated effectiveness in written and verbal communication, with the ability to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders.
- Knowledge and Abilities: Knowledge of compensation strategy, performance management, employee relations, safety practices, and talent acquisition, with the ability to apply this information in a manner that is compliant with relevant employment law.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Capable of compiling and analyzing employment data, with the ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
