  • Compliance and Knowledge Management: Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • Experience: 4 years of work experience as an administrative assistant in a construction or related industry.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including QuickBooks, DIR, LCPTracker, or similar certified payroll management programs.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrated effectiveness in written and verbal communication, with the ability to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge and Abilities: Knowledge of compensation strategy, performance management, employee relations, safety practices, and talent acquisition, with the ability to apply this information in a manner that is compliant with relevant employment law.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Capable of compiling and analyzing employment data, with the ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Culture and Teamwork: Experience with creating a culture of engagement, collaboration, and teamwork, with the ability to promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
