Role Overview:

We are currently seeking a full-time Institutional Account Executive (AE) to play a pivotal role in fostering relationships with institutional clients. The Institutional AE will be responsible for developing, promoting, and managing sales initiatives within the government, education, and healthcare sectors, aligning with our company’s objectives and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Drive new client business development to enhance our active client base and sales volume.
2. Collaborate with the local office General Manager and Project Coordinator to ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing daily operations.
3. Cultivate robust customer relationships to establish a long-term client base for sustained success.
4. Partner with Strategic Account Executive (SAE) team members to manage local accounts, ensuring seamless transitions and continued customer satisfaction.
5. Perform essential administrative tasks critical to the sales function.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Institutional AE position will possess the following attributes:

- Ability to thrive in a dynamic team environment, demonstrating self-motivation and goal orientation to establish client trust.
- A collaborative mindset is essential for success.
- A passion for sales and a commission-driven approach are key traits of top-performing AEs.
- Proven sales success in a B2B context is required.
- Experience in business development, particularly in acquiring new customers and maximizing their potential.
- Familiarity with institutional environments is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building strong client relationships.
- A BS degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, or a minimum of 3 years of sales experience.
- Proficiency in standard computer applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus.

Work Environment:

This position is hybrid, combining office and field-based sales responsibilities. Daily local market travel is expected, with limited regional travel required. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are necessary.
