Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and Maintain Strategic Partnerships: Foster strong relationships with existing and new corporate customers to drive sales growth and expand our market presence.
  • Drive Sales Growth: Meet or exceed annual sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and developing effective sales strategies.
  • Expand Solution Offerings: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new solutions that increase average order value and drive revenue growth.
  • Manage New Construction Business: Develop and execute a national strategy to drive new construction business and expand our market share.
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted outreach and lead generation efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree: A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strategic Sales Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in strategic sales, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market share.
  • Relationship Building: Experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with C-level executives and other key decision-makers.
  • Travel Requirements: Availability for up to 50% business travel, with occasional overnight stays.
