About the Role

Tradesmen International, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Institutional Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with institutional clients in the government, education, and healthcare sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with institutional clients to drive revenue growth and expand our market share.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and achieve business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment, with a strong track record of success in driving revenue growth and expanding market share.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
  • BS degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
