Institutional Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Institutional Sales Executive to join our team at Tradesmen International. As an Institutional Sales Executive, you will play a critical role in building relationships with institutional clients and driving sales growth within the government, education, and healthcare sectors.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with institutional clients, expanding our presence in the government, education, and healthcare sectors.
- Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing institutional clients, ensuring their needs are met and their satisfaction is high.
- Sales Strategy: Collaborate with our Strategic Account Executive team to develop and implement sales strategies that drive growth and revenue.
- Customer Service: Work closely with our local office General Manager and Project Coordinator to ensure seamless execution of daily activities and exceptional customer service.
- Administrative Functions: Perform limited administrative tasks critical to the sales function, such as data entry and reporting.
- Experience: Prior sales success in a B2B environment, with a proven track record of driving business growth and revenue.
- Business Development: Experience in opening new customers and growing existing ones to their full potential.
- Institutional Experience: Experience working with institutional clients, such as government agencies, educational institutions, and healthcare organizations.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a relevant field, or 3+ years of sales experience.
- Technical Skills: Standard computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
