Position Summary

As the Home Marketing Administrative Coordinator at Northrop Realty, your keen attention to detail and multitasking abilities will play a crucial role in facilitating connections between buyers and sellers. Your exceptional communication and organizational skills will be essential in collaborating with clients, agents, and team members to ensure a smooth and efficient process. The administrative support you provide will be instrumental in showcasing a property's best attributes, ultimately contributing to client satisfaction and the company's success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with sellers and coordinate connections with photographers, staging consultants, and 3D technology specialists.
  • Collaborate with agents and staff to maintain a seamless workflow and enhance the client experience.
  • Oversee scheduling for staging and photography services.
  • Input data into the MLS and Salesforce for our Home Marketing Consultants.
  • Assist in the design and production of marketing materials, including brochures, selecting images, and writing content.
  • Provide administrative assistance, such as photo proofing and uploading, to multiple Home Marketing Consultants.
  • Generate and distribute regular reporting on marketing activities.
  • Embody the core values of Northrop Realty.
Supervisory Role:
  • This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
Physical Requirements:
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 15 pounds occasionally.
Travel Expectations:
  • No travel is required for this position.

Education and Experience:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in the real estate sector is advantageous.
