Project Overview: The Chapel Branch Apartments Phase 1 involves the construction of two three-story buildings, each housing twenty-one residential units, along with a community facility. This role encompasses overseeing site development, utility installation, vertical construction, unit finalization, and the management of site amenities.
Role Responsibilities:
- Supervise all aspects of site operations and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors to facilitate efficient workflow and project progression.
- Manage logistics and assist in the onboarding of an Assistant Site Superintendent to enhance site operations.
Project Duration: The initial phase is projected to last for 14 months, with a subsequent phase anticipated to commence prior to the completion of the first.
Living Arrangements: Preference will be given to candidates residing near the project site to minimize housing expenses.
Travel Compensation: Reimbursement is available for commuting and work-related travel expenses; however, a company vehicle will not be provided.
