Field Operations Superintendent

We are seeking a dedicated Site Superintendent to oversee the construction of our upcoming residential project. This role is essential for ensuring the successful execution of site operations and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Project DetailsThe Chapel Branch Apartments Phase 1 project involves the construction of two three-story buildings, each containing twenty-one residential units, along with a community facility. The Site Superintendent will be responsible for:
- Coordinating site development and utility installations.
- Overseeing vertical construction activities.
- Managing unit punchout and turnover processes.
- Supervising site amenities and ensuring they meet project specifications.
Upon reaching the framing stage, we plan to introduce an Assistant Site Superintendent to assist with logistics and site management. Together, these individuals will coordinate all subcontractors working on-site, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to project timelines.
Work ScheduleThis project is expected to span 14 months for Phase 1, with plans for a subsequent Phase 2 that will mirror the first phase in structure and scope.
Living ArrangementsWe prefer candidates who reside near the project site to eliminate the need for housing provisions.
Travel CompensationWe offer reimbursement for travel related to commuting and work-related mileage. Please note that a company vehicle will not be provided.
