Construction Project Site Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled professional for a Construction & Trades - Homebuilding role, specifically to oversee operations from a Site Supervisor perspective.
Project DetailsThe initial phase involves the construction of two three-story structures, each containing twenty-one residential units, along with a community facility. This role encompasses the management of site development, utility installations, vertical construction, unit inspections, and the oversight of site amenities. Following the framing stage, we plan to introduce an Assistant Site Supervisor to assist with logistics. Together, these two positions will be responsible for coordinating all subcontractors on-site.
Work ScheduleThe project is expected to span 14 months for the first phase, with a subsequent phase planned that mirrors the first. The second phase is anticipated to commence prior to the completion of the first.
Living ArrangementsWe prefer candidates who reside near the job site to eliminate the need for housing provisions.
Travel CompensationReimbursement for travel related to commuting and work will be provided, although a company vehicle will not be available.
Security and Visa InformationNo security clearance is required, and visa candidates will not be considered.
