About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Curative. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities in the healthcare staffing industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and identify new business opportunities using proprietary technology and sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with our recruitment team to efficiently close sales cycles and deliver results.
  • Leverage our technology and reputation to build strong professional relationships with clients and partners.
  • Directly contribute to the growth and success of our business.
Requirements
  • 3-7 years of sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding KPIs.
  • College degree or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain resilience in the face of rejection and adapt to changing sales environments.
  • Proficiency in utilizing technology to generate additional sales prospects.

Compensation

The US total compensation range for this full-time position is inclusive of salary + bonus. Our ranges are determined by role and level. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including relevant skills, experience, and education/training.
