Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategy: Create and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the commercial pest control sector, identifying key market segments and potential clients.
  • Lead and Manage Sales Team: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team, including Account Executives, to drive commercial sales and achieve sales targets.
  • Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Foster strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
  • Monitor and Analyze Sales Performance: Track and analyze sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve goals and drive business growth.
  • Manage Sales Budget and Operations: Oversee the commercial sales budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI, and manage day-to-day sales operations.
  • Develop and Implement Sales Infrastructure: Develop and manage a scalable sales infrastructure, including CRM systems, sales tools, and reporting mechanisms.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred).

  • Skills: Proven track record of successfully building and scaling a sales team and operation, excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Travel: Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and oversee multiple locations.
