About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Tetra Tech. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our federal disaster recovery grant programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect, enter, track, and maintain confidential and time-sensitive data.
  • Assist with onboarding staff and updating organizational charts.
  • Support project staff with various administrative duties, including scheduling and calendar management.
  • Maintain documentation of correspondence and work with the Project Manager to ensure accurate and timely completion and submission of reports.
  • Conduct activities in line with internal procedures, legislation, and industry standards.
Requirements
  • 2 years' work experience preferred.
  • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and customer focus.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Suite programs.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously and set priorities to meet deadlines.
