Job Overview

AppleOne is in search of skilled Office Coordinators and Administrative Specialists for a prominent opportunity in Maitland.


Essential Qualifications:
  • Educational Background: High School Diploma or GED is required; an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree is highly preferred.
  • Experience: 6 to 10 years of experience in an Administrative or Office Management role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Adobe, Data Entry, and Typing.
  • Industry Experience: Previous work experience in a CPA Firm, Law Firm, or Engineering Firm is advantageous.
  • Team Support: Ability to provide support to a team of 78 members while managing client relationships effectively.
