About the Role

As a Sr. Account Executive on the AWS Retail CPG US Central/West Sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue and market share in a defined territory or industry vertical. You will work closely with customers to understand their business needs and develop strategic plans to accelerate their adoption of Amazon Web Services.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive revenue and market share in a defined territory or industry vertical
- Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets
- Develop and execute against a comprehensive account/territory plan
- Create & articulate compelling value propositions around AWS services
- Accelerate customer adoption
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline
- Work with partners to extend reach & drive adoption
- Manage contract negotiations
- Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts
- Ensure customer satisfaction

What We Offer

- Competitive base pay ranging from $128,600/year to $212,600/year based on location
- Variable pay via a sales compensation plan
- Equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package
- A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits

Basic Qualifications

- 7+ years of direct sales or business development in software, cloud or SaaS markets selling to C-level executives experience

Preferred Qualifications

- 5+ years of building profitable partner ecosystems experience

The AWS Retail CPG US Central/West Sales team is responsible for serving the needs of medium to large enterprise customers based in the Retail CPG Industry.
