Account Executive Role Overview
Gartner, a leading research and advisory company, seeks a skilled Account Executive to join its team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue expansion through strategic client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive client engagement and revenue growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and other key decision-makers
- Manage and expand existing client accounts to achieve sales targets
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Requirements:
- 6-10 years of external sales experience with a proven track record of success
- Strong understanding of account planning and territory management principles
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with C-level executives
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
