About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Success Manager to join our Strategic Account Services team at Amazon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth for our most influential Sellers on the Amazon Store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic joint business plans with Sellers to drive growth and improve end-customer experience.
  • Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and develop solutions to maximize potential for assigned Sellers.
  • Act as a strategic and influential partner for Sellers, providing customized insights and recommendations to drive business growth.
  • Lead business strategy development and design long-term account plans, collaborating with cross-functional teams and Sellers to drive customer success.
  • Implement and track metrics to measure success and quality of Seller portfolios.

About the Team

Our Strategic Account Services team is dedicated to providing a suite of services designed to help Sellers grow on the Amazon Store. We empower Sellers to accelerate growth through our tools, models, and insights delivered by Customer Success Managers like you.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional experience in Buying, Merchandising, Planning, or relevant experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Management Consulting, or negotiating, nurturing, and growing customer relationships.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated success identifying business opportunities for clients and increasing adoption and utilization of company products.
  • Proven track record of building and cultivating relationships with internal and external stakeholders driving decisions collaboratively, resolving conflicts, and ensuring follow-through.
  • Ability to digest and manipulate large data sets and use data analysis, reporting, and forecasting to guide business decisions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in E-Commerce, Corporate Retail, Consulting, and/or B2B.
  • Communication and presentation skills.
  • Effective territory/account management.
  • Strategy development with multi-phase execution and delivery.
