Job Overview

ServiceNet is seeking a skilled and compassionate Program Director to lead our Residential Program in Western Massachusetts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the program, ensuring the well-being and safety of our clients, and promoting a supportive and inclusive environment.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with program start-up, including setting up the house or apartment, furnishing, hiring staff, and program development.
  • Oversee the overall operation of the program, ensuring compliance with licensing regulations.
  • Teach and model Positive Behavior Support (PBS) strategies to staff.
  • Ensure the daily affairs, welfare, and safety of our clients, including nutrition, dress, sleep, medical services, dental services, social services, and emergency services as needed.
  • Oversee individual money management needs and respond to crises via our 24-hour rotating on-call system.
  • Arrange and provide coverage when assigned staff is not available.
  • Participate in team meetings, ISP Reviews, Treatment Team reviews, and other programmatic activities.
  • Develop and implement individualized goals, behavior plans, safety plans, and other program initiatives.
  • Maintain agency certifications and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and supervisory/management experience preferred.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Experience working with developmental disabilities/brain injury population.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record.
  • Excellent communication, computer, and organizational skills.
  • MAP, PABC, and CPR/First Aid Certified preferred.
  • Able to pass background screening (CORI).

  • Monday-Friday 9am-5pm.
