Key Responsibilities- Program Development: Assist with the start-up of new programs, including setting up facilities, hiring staff, and developing program policies and procedures.
- Operational Oversight: Ensure compliance with licensing regulations and maintain a safe and healthy environment for clients and staff.
- Staff Training and Development: Teach and model Positive Behavior Support (PBS) strategies and techniques to staff, and provide ongoing training and coaching to ensure staff are equipped to provide high-quality care.
- Client Care: Ensure the daily needs of clients are met, including nutrition, dress, sleep, and medical services, as well as social services and emergency services as needed.
- Financial Management: Oversee individual money management needs and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Crisis Response: Respond to crises via our 24-hour rotating on-call system and ensure timely and effective response to client needs.
- Program Meetings: Participate in team meetings, ISP Reviews, Treatment Team reviews, and other program meetings to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Quality Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance program quality and client outcomes.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as social work, psychology, or special education.
- Experience: Supervisory or management experience in a residential program setting, preferably with a developmental disabilities or brain injury population.
- Certifications: MAP, PABC, and CPR/First Aid certifications preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication, computer, and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Competitive Salary: $48,620 - $50,620 per year, based on workload, experience, and education.
