Housing Program Supervisor

Position Overview:
Clinical & Support Options is seeking a dedicated Supervisor for our Low Threshold Housing (LTH) program. This role is essential in providing both administrative and programmatic oversight for the Friends of the Homeless (FOH) Low Threshold Housing initiative, ensuring effective collaboration within the agency and with property owners.
Key Responsibilities:
As an LTH Supervisor, you will:
- Offer leadership and guidance to case management personnel, ensuring ongoing program supervision, including on-call responsibilities for urgent matters.
- Directly oversee Housing Case Managers, facilitating training, maintaining job descriptions, managing caseload distribution, and providing constructive feedback.
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with Housing Case Managers to review caseloads and provide necessary supervision.
- Organize and lead regular staff meetings, ensuring coverage as needed.
- Administer probationary and annual performance evaluations for staff.
- Ensure Housing Case Managers keep updated records on program participants' move-in dates, relocations, or terminations.
- Act as the primary contact for landlords, property managers, and referral sources associated with the FOH Low Threshold Program.
- Assist in coordinating move-ins, including scheduling, key pick-up, and furniture delivery.
- Collaborate with the Director to oversee all program operations, ensuring client needs are met through effective case management and housing placement.
- Maintain and update client records in compliance with agency requirements.
- Ensure comprehensive documentation of tenant and supervisee information in the agency's electronic health record system.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
- A Bachelor's degree (preferred).
- Previous supervisory experience.
- Experience working with homeless or at-risk populations (preferred).
- Proficiency in computer applications.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
