About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Business Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for defining M&A strategy, evaluating markets and vendors, and building relationships with potential M&A candidates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute M&A strategy to drive business growth and expansion
  • Evaluate market trends, competitor activity, and vendor capabilities to identify opportunities for M&A
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to prepare opportunities for deal execution
  • Develop product and go-to-market strategies to drive business growth
Requirements
  • 7-10 years of experience in business development, product management, development, or related fields
  • Strong understanding of enterprise software, management consulting, investment banking, and related fields
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Business-related major
