Business Development Representative

CentralSquare Technologies is seeking a highly motivated and organized Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for partnering with our Public Administration Account Executives to uncover and qualify net new opportunities for our Core PA products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Public Administration Account Executives to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute territory strategies to drive sales growth and revenue.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Sales Leadership to craft and hone our messaging and target audience.
- Participate in the planning and creation of our greater business development strategy and support the creation and execution of marketing and BDR campaigns.
- Research and understand the Total Addressable Market (TAM) in each territory.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related fields.
- 0-2 years of experience in a related field.
- Strong computer skills, with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel.
- Strong understanding of CentralSquare's mission, values, and products.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Coachable, driven, and hard-working.
- Excellent time management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning.
- Previous public sector experience.
- Understanding of public sector procurement vehicles and the RFP process.
