Job Title: Business Development Representative

CentralSquare Technologies is seeking a highly motivated and organized Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for partnering with our Public Administration Account Executives to uncover and qualify net new opportunities for our Core PA products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Public Administration Account Executives to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute territory strategies to drive sales growth and revenue.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Sales Leadership to craft and hone our messaging and target audience.
  • Participate in the planning and creation of our greater business development strategy and support the creation and execution of marketing and BDR campaigns.
  • Research and understand the Total Addressable Market (TAM) in each territory.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related fields.
  • 0-2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Strong computer skills, with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel.
  • Strong understanding of CentralSquare's mission, values, and products.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Coachable, driven, and hard-working.
  • Excellent time management, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning.
  • Previous public sector experience.
  • Understanding of public sector procurement vehicles and the RFP process.
