Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify business needs and develop solutions
  • Import data from SFDC and SAP to support business intelligence and reporting
  • Develop and maintain reports to support business decision-making
  • Provide training and support to users on SFDC and other business systems
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a SFDC user and Administrator
  • Strong experience with MS Excel, including Pivot Tables and report development
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with BI tools, specifically Tableau
  • Experience in a life sciences manufacturing environment
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes and how they align with the sales life cycle
