About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team at Marsh McLennan Agency. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the private client services market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve business growth and revenue targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry professionals
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and internal stakeholders
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Strong understanding of the insurance industry and market trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
