La función del Gerente de Impuestos consistirá en colaborar con otros gerentes de impuestos en la supervisión y gestión de las actividades de planificación y cumplimiento fiscal de la empresa, asegurando la adherencia a las normativas fiscales y optimizando las estrategias tributarias para nuestros clientes.

Ofrecemos un excelente equilibrio entre trabajo y vida personal, con requerimientos de horas durante la temporada de impuestos de 55 horas por semana y horarios de verano entre el Día de los Caídos y el Día del Trabajo. Los horarios fuera de la temporada de impuestos también son flexibles. Además, contamos con una estructura de comisiones por los clientes que traigas a la firma.

Responsabilidades:

  • Participar en la dirección de nuestro equipo de impuestos, incluyendo la capacitación y mentoría del personal tributario.
  • Investigar, desarrollar e implementar estrategias de planificación fiscal y asegurar el cumplimiento de las leyes y regulaciones fiscales.
  • Encargarse de la revisión de declaraciones de impuestos federales, estatales y locales.
  • Proporcionar orientación sobre las implicaciones fiscales de las decisiones empresariales a los clientes.
  • Colaborar con equipos internos y clientes para recopilar la información financiera necesaria para la presentación de impuestos.
  • Mantenerse actualizado sobre los cambios en las leyes y regulaciones fiscales.

Habilidades:

  • Fuertes habilidades de liderazgo y comunicación.
  • Experiencia en la gestión de personal y compromisos fiscales.
  • Familiaridad con Lacerte es un plus.
