Position Overview:
The Human Resources Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting the Human Resources department with various initiatives focused on HR compliance, recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative functions. This individual will also contribute to the planning and execution of diverse managerial projects and additional office responsibilities as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the recruitment and onboarding processes for part-time staff, seasonal workers, and interns.
  • Assist in the verification of employment and management of personnel files.
  • Help oversee the Seasonal Assistant program, including event coordination, onboarding, and staff engagement.
  • Manage merchandise procurement, budgeting, and inventory tracking.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to generate and implement content for LinkedIn.
  • Facilitate employee relations programs, including staff events and recognition initiatives.
  • Address all staff and employment inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
  • Execute organizational and special projects as assigned.
Required Competencies:
  • Ability to work collaboratively and respectfully with colleagues towards shared objectives.
  • Capability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams is essential.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills are required.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing tasks effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Sports Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in Human Resources, Sports Management, or within collegiate or professional sports is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Dayforce is a plus.
