Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Engage in recruitment initiatives, including posting job openings and managing applications.
  • Coordinate and facilitate job interviews.
  • Ensure completion of assessments, background checks, and reference verifications.
  • Prepare documentation for new hires, including E-Verify and I-9 forms.
  • Oversee employee benefits and compensation documentation.
  • Manage the onboarding process, including IT setup for new employees.
  • Act as a resource for employee inquiries and support.
  • Address HR-related inquiries from both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct exit interviews to gather insights for improving employee retention.

Payroll and Benefits Management:

  • Assist with the monthly payroll process, ensuring accurate tracking of leave balances.
  • Serve as a liaison with benefits providers.
  • Participate in benefits administration, including employee education on available options and resolving claims issues.

Record Keeping:

  • Maintain up-to-date HR files and databases.
