Key Responsibilities of the Recruiter:
Reasonable accommodations may be provided to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
• Identify and attract candidates through various sourcing methods to build a strong candidate pipeline.
• Utilize both traditional and innovative resources, including career fairs, online job fairs, community networking events, and media, to find quality candidates.
• Evaluate candidates by reviewing resumes and applications, and conducting phone screenings.
• Manage the offer process by extending offers and negotiating employment terms in collaboration with Senior Management.
• Draft offer letters.
• Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) database.
• Oversee new employee pre-onboarding to ensure an engaging and accurate process.
• Respond promptly to inquiries from internal and external applicants as needed.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with hiring managers to assess the effectiveness of recruiting efforts.
• Process internal and external job postings through the HRIS Recruiting system.
• Develop job postings.
• Refer qualified candidates to hiring managers for interviews and/or schedule interviews for qualified applicants.
