Position Overview: The HR Operations Specialist at J. E. Dunn Construction Group plays a vital role in delivering essential clerical and administrative assistance within our Human Resources Shared Services team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees.
- Accurately maintain and update employee records.
- Ensure compliance with HR regulations and standards.
- Address routine inquiries from staff regarding HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications: Candidates should possess strong organizational abilities, be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, and demonstrate effective communication skills. A background in Human Resources with 0-2 years of experience and a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Work Environment: This position is based in a standard office setting with minimal travel required. J. E.
