Position Overview:


As a Security Supervisor, you will play a vital role in safeguarding the well-being of our guests, employees, and assets while exemplifying top-tier customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the integrity of operations and adherence to procedures.
  • Maintain vigilant surveillance across the premises, identifying irregularities and suspicious activities.
  • Report any unusual occurrences through the appropriate channels.
  • Assist in investigations and complete necessary documentation.
  • Facilitate safe transfers within the property.
  • Monitor traffic flow and manage access to restricted areas.
  • Verify identification as required.
  • Provide first aid/CPR when necessary.
  • Collaborate with emergency services as needed.
  • Manage lost and found items and assist guests in locating lost belongings.
  • Foster positive relationships with guests, employees, and vendors.
  • Address complaints and take appropriate action.
  • Enforce crowd control during special events.
  • Promote a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
  • Provide information on promotions and events.
  • Drive company vehicles as required.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or GED is required.

Minimum of six months of experience in law enforcement, military, emergency services, or security is essential.

Demonstrated experience in customer service is required.


Special Requirements:
Must obtain and maintain a Key Gaming License.
Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
Flexibility in work schedule is necessary.
Must hold a valid driver's license.
Maintain all required certifications, including CPR and Responsible Gaming.
Must be at least 21 years of age.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Ability to accept direction and feedback.
Moderate computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft applications are required.

Ability to perform multiple tasks under pressure with minimal supervision.

Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.

Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

High integrity and respect for individuals, demonstrating a positive attitude.

Ability to make sound decisions and produce clear reports.

Skills in conflict resolution and de-escalation of confrontational situations.


Physical Demands and Work Environment:
Ability to sit, walk, and stand for extended periods.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Ability to navigate multiple flights of stairs.
Must be prepared to handle physical confrontations if necessary.

Working Conditions:
Work is performed in a casino environment with exposure to smoke and noise.
May require outdoor work in various weather conditions.
Occasional interaction with challenging guests may occur.
