WeWork is looking for a Senior Lead, Sales Enablement to join our team. This role will empower our sales team to effectively sell our suite of solutions by leading strategic initiatives and rolling out training programs.

About The Job Description

In this role, you will:

  1. Work with the rest of the Sales Enablement team to design, deliver, and measure enablement initiatives.
  2. Partner with local sales leaders and sellers on strategic enablement initiatives to streamline processes and challenges to allow sales to focus on selling.
  3. Use performance data and annual surveys to identify knowledge or skill gaps across the sales team.
  4. Serve as a point of contact for cross-functional partners on the rollout of programs which involve the sales team.
  5. Co-own the select vendor relationships, with respect to efficient and effective usage by the Sales team.
  6. Upload and maintain e-learning, video, audio, and instructor-led training content to Mindtickle.
  7. Be an approver of sales team licenses for the sales technology stack, ensuring access for the relevant team members.
  8. Stay up-to-date on current enablement best practices and industry standards.
  9. Manage junior members of the team to support on Sales Enablement initiatives.

We estimate that this role will have a salary range of $87,000 - $116,000, depending on experience. Additionally, WeWork employees are eligible to participate in an incentive plan specific to their role.
