About the Role

We are seeking a talented Sales Strategy Business Manager to join our team at Usl Technology Consulting Inc. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving global revenue growth and supporting our Mid-Market Sales VP and Directors in their organizations.

The ideal candidate will have experience shaping analytical agendas, leading teams, and presenting to business leaders. You will work closely with executive sales leadership to provide business recommendations on go-to-market initiatives that drive growth at scale. Your objective will be to support sales leadership in running the business, leading global projects that improve rep productivity, create better experiences for prospective customers, and lower customer acquisition costs.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with Mid-Market Sales VP and Directors to drive global revenue growth
  • Work closely with executive sales leadership to provide business recommendations on go-to-market initiatives
  • Support sales leadership in running the business and leading global projects
  • Formulate analytical insights to help sales teams be more productive
  • Act as a trusted advisor to sales leadership in developing go-to-market strategies and running the business
Requirements
  • Experience shaping analytical agendas and leading teams
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to evolving business needs
  • Proven track record of success in sales, customer operations, or management consulting
  • BA or BS degree at minimum
Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year
