Global Sales Optimization

We are looking for a highly experienced Revenue Operations Director to join our team at Taboola. As a key member of the Sales Operations Department, you will be responsible for managing a global team of 6, including 3 Sales Enablement Managers and 3 Revenue Operations Managers.

Your primary objectives will be to develop and execute departmental / regional sales plans aligned with company goals, while driving yield optimization initiatives to maximize revenue or minimize cost. You will analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and leading indicators, collaborating with regional leaders, FP&A, and BI to provide actionable insights and drive data-driven decision making.

This role requires a deep understanding of the sales cycle, customer journey, and revenue generation best practices. You will also be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive global sales training programs, as well as championing product adoption for mature publisher and advertiser products.

The estimated annual salary for this position is around $180,000, based on industry standards and location, with additional benefits including generous health coverage, 401k matching, a fully-stocked kitchen, and various gym partnerships.
