Global Pharmaceutical Sales Director

">Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Transplant National Sales Director to join our team of over 10,000 global field representatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering sales strategies, executing strategies, and serving as a key information holder regarding the marketplace.
">Responsibilities:
">- Develop and deliver sales strategies aligned with project goals set by clients and agreed upon by IQVIA.
- Serve as the primary link between clients and IQVIA for operational and human resources/personnel needs related to the Field Force.
- Recruit, interview, and select Key Account Managers.
- Handle performance reviews, personnel issues, discipline, and termination of subordinates.
- Generate sales in line with project goals.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree required; MBA a plus. ~10+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience required. ~3+ years of pharmaceutical sales management experience required. ~Proven track record in leading a nation-wide pharmaceutical sales team. Strong leadership, planning, and organization skills, as well as technical skills. Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving abilities. Good technical skills and proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint (Microsoft Office).
">Compensation Package: We offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, life insurance, and vision coverage, tuition assistance, bonus plan, and 401(k). Estimated salary range: $120,000 - $150,000 per year.
