Job Description

The Sales Performance Lead will be responsible for achieving sales goals by season as defined by Director Sales. Using strong business acumen and retail math abilities, this individual will drive top and bottom-line numbers for customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Drive customer growth and profitability by assessing and building on areas of Sales, Manager, Customer Service, Business Partner, Skills
  2. Maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and issue resolution
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales leadership or management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
What We Offer
