Job Overview

Command7 LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Manager Customer Accounts. This position is responsible for managing teams and processes to ensure customer satisfaction and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service Delivery
    • Coordinate support of contractual service delivery to ensure seamless execution and exceed customer expectations.
  • Team Management
    • Lead and manage teams to improve overall quality and efficiency of customer experience.
    • Facilitate revenue growth with existing customers through effective account management.
  • Process Improvement
    • Analyze customer service and employee performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.
    • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Communication and Reporting
    • Prepare and present regular reports to stakeholders on customer service and business performance.
    • Facilitate customer meetings, including quarterly business reviews, to ensure alignment and progress towards goals.
  • Account Management
    • Own and manage the onboarding process for new customers to ensure a smooth transition from the sales department.
    • Track and manage customer scorecards and SLA adherence to ensure accountability and continuous improvement.

    • Proven ability to lead and manage teams to achieve business objectives.
    • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • Customer Service and Communication
    • Exceptional customer service skills and ability to build strong relationships with customers.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Business Acumen
    • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform business decisions.
    • Understanding of business operations and ability to develop strategies to drive growth and improvement.
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience in sales, business development, or account management.
    • Minimum 4 years of experience in a leadership or management role, with a proven track record of driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction.
