Position Overview:


The Sales Coordinator plays a pivotal role in managing and facilitating order entry, billing requests, and crafting sales proposals in collaboration with account executives for agency and client agreements. This position involves working across various media platforms to develop proposals, execute campaigns, and ensure their successful management. The focus will be on both pre-sales and post-sales activities, prioritizing a customer-centric approach. The coordinator will engage with both linear and digital media to optimize campaign delivery.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand and utilize sales systems while supporting the complete sales process.
  • Enter and modify orders as necessary.
  • Submit special billing requests as required.
  • Respond to Account Executive inquiries regarding scheduling.
  • Assist Account Executives in creating sales materials and developing client presentations.
  • Provide support for client recap information.
  • Develop strategic cross-platform plans that align with agency and client objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to comprehend customer goals and design effective programs.
  • Create advertising sales media plans with guidance on pricing, planning, inventory, and yield management.
  • Review insertion orders to ensure alignment with approved media plans.
  • Track individual deal performance and prepare schedules for linear advertising.
  • Work with the Inventory team on digital campaigns to meet client objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and agency contacts.
  • Coordinate with Ad Operations and Commercial Operations for campaign timing and execution.
  • Monitor on-air schedules and digital performance, managing changes as needed.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to secure materials and schedules for added value.
  • Provide post-campaign summaries of account performance.
  • Resolve discrepancies related to orders and invoices.
  • Maintain direct communication with client and agency contacts for account support and campaign assistance.


Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in media.
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Familiarity with STBS, Wide Orbit, or Salesforce is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical capabilities.
  • Ability to manage client expectations effectively.
  • Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on driving sales.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team player.
