Position Overview: Coffee Specialist

The Coffee Specialist role focuses on crafting and serving high-quality coffee and a variety of beverages, alongside food offerings to our Members and their guests.

  • Engage with Members by understanding their beverage preferences and needs.
  • Provide detailed information about the beverage menu and respond to any questions.
  • Encourage beverage sales by explaining the differences among various coffee beans and brewing equipment, showcasing how to use the machines effectively.
  • Prepare and serve coffee drinks following established recipes and preparation techniques for beverages such as espresso, cappuccino, and lattes.
  • Maintain equipment functionality by following operational procedures, troubleshooting issues, restocking supplies, performing preventive maintenance, and coordinating repairs as needed.
  • Ensure a safe and clean work environment by adhering to company standards and hygiene regulations.
  • Continuously improve service quality by reviewing, assessing, and enhancing processes, implementing changes, and maintaining the aesthetic appeal of the café area.
