Position Overview:


The Sales Coordinator plays a crucial role in managing and processing orders, handling billing inquiries, and collaborating with account executives to formulate sales proposals and strategies for agency and client agreements.

This position requires cross-platform engagement to develop proposals, execute, and oversee campaigns. The focus will be on both pre-sales and post-sales activities, ensuring a customer-centric approach. The role encompasses all facets of linear and digital media to enhance campaign effectiveness and ensure successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
Understand and leverage sales systems while supporting the entire sales process.
Input and modify orders as necessary.
Process special billing requests.
Address Account Executive inquiries regarding spot availability.
Assist Account Executives in crafting sales materials and developing client presentations.
Provide Account Executives with client recap data.
Develop strategic cross-platform plans that optimize the portfolio and align with agency and client goals.
Collaborate closely with Account Executives to comprehend customer objectives and design impactful programs.

Create advertising sales media plans with pricing, planning support, and inventory management to deliver the most effective packages.

Review all insertion orders to ensure alignment with approved media plans.
Monitor individual deal performance and prepare ADU schedules for linear campaigns. Collaborate with the Inventory team on digital campaigns to meet client objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and agency representatives.
Coordinate with Ad Operations/Commercial Operations on campaign timing and execution.
Oversee both on-air schedules and digital placements, managing changes in collaboration with Ad Ops/Commercial Ops to ensure schedules are executed as planned.
Work alongside the marketing team to obtain materials and schedules for added value.
Deliver post-campaign summaries detailing account performance.
Resolve discrepancies related to orders and invoices.
Maintain direct communication with client and agency contacts for general account support and campaign assistance.

Qualifications:
1+ years of experience in media.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Familiarity with STBS, Wide Orbit, or Salesforce is advantageous.
Strong analytical capabilities.
Ability to manage client expectations effectively.
Customer service-oriented with a focus on driving sales.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills; a collaborative team player.
