Carie Boyd Pharmaceuticals, a leading and rapidly expanding pharmaceutical compounding company, is on the lookout for a Sales Support Specialist. This role is integral to our customer engagement team, focusing on enhancing relationships with existing clients while collaborating with our Sales Team to optimize revenue potential and other sales strategies. The primary aim of this position is to ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience throughout all phases of the customer journey.

Position Summary:

The Sales Support Specialist will assist the Sales Team with new client acquisitions, account management, and reporting tasks. This role requires a friendly and approachable demeanor along with exceptional communication skills.

Compensation Package:

The Sales Support Specialist will receive a competitive annual salary along with a commission structure based on new sales generated by their assigned Pharmaceutical Sales Representative.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with existing clients to establish regular standing orders.
  • Identify and research new sales lead opportunities.
  • Coordinate appointment scheduling for the sales team.
  • Manage customer feedback and survey responses.
  • Prepare monthly reports detailing sales revenue, customer retention, and survey results.
  • Update customer accounts in the sales management system regarding regulatory, contact, and shipping modifications.
  • Conduct system maintenance to ensure data accuracy, including merging duplicate accounts and correcting entry errors.
  • Provide backup support to customer service by handling incoming calls and processing orders.
  • Assist the sales team with inquiries related to enrollment, new lead entries, and introductory communications.
  • Compile a daily list of sales leads, assigning them to the sales department and supplying relevant sales data.
  • Develop and monitor performance metrics for sales and staff, managing sales tracking tools and compiling reports.
  • Analyze sales trends and collaborate with account managers to formulate effective sales strategies.
  • Oversee customer accounts, follow up for administrative purposes, and provide assistance with order issues and account inquiries.
  • Perform data entry for sales metrics and maintain an organized filing system.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Support or Inside Sales.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Windows-based applications.
