Position Overview:


The Sales Coordinator plays a pivotal role in managing and facilitating order processing, billing inquiries, and the development of sales proposals in collaboration with account executives for client engagements.

This position involves working across various media platforms to design proposals, execute campaigns, and ensure effective management of client relationships. The focus will be on both pre-sales and post-sales activities, emphasizing a customer-centric approach. The role encompasses all facets of linear and digital media to optimize campaign performance and ensure successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand and utilize sales systems to support the complete sales process.
  • Input and modify orders as necessary.
  • Process special billing requests efficiently.
  • Address Account Executive inquiries regarding scheduling.
  • Assist Account Executives in crafting sales materials and client presentations.
  • Provide support in compiling client recap information.
  • Develop strategic cross-platform plans that align with agency and client objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to grasp customer goals and design impactful programs.
  • Create advertising sales media plans, including pricing strategies and inventory management.
  • Review insertion orders to ensure alignment with approved media plans.
  • Track individual deal performance and prepare schedules for linear advertising.
  • Work with the Inventory team on digital campaigns to meet client targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and agency representatives.
  • Coordinate with Ad Operations on campaign timing and execution.
  • Monitor on-air schedules and digital performance, managing changes as needed.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to secure materials and schedules for promotional efforts.
  • Provide post-campaign summaries detailing account performance.
  • Resolve discrepancies related to orders and invoices.
  • Maintain direct communication with client and agency contacts for account support and campaign management.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in the media industry.
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Familiarity with STBS, Wide Orbit, or Salesforce is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical capabilities.
  • Ability to manage client expectations effectively.
  • Customer service orientation with a focus on driving sales.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; a collaborative team player.
