Role Summary
As a Sales Support Specialist at Wellfit, you will be instrumental in refining customer interactions and elevating the overall customer journey. Collaborating closely with our sales team, your primary responsibilities will include fostering robust relationships with clients, ensuring effective use of our product suite, and managing training initiatives for our partner offices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Relationship Development:
    Engage with the sales team to cultivate and maintain strong client relationships. Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring prompt and effective communication.
  • Utilization Monitoring:
    Analyze trends within our diverse product offerings to identify potential challenges and areas for enhancement. Guarantee that clients are consistently and effectively utilizing our services.
  • Training and Oversight:
    Lead re-training efforts for partner offices to boost product knowledge and customer service skills. Monitor office turnover and devise strategies to minimize disruptions in service delivery.
  • Data Insights:
    Employ data analytics tools to assess customer interactions, recognize trends, and provide valuable insights to the sales and management teams. Generate reports on product utilization and propose recommendations for enhancements.
  • Team Collaboration:
    Work in tandem with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to synchronize strategies and enhance the overall customer experience. Act as a liaison between sales and customer service departments to ensure a cohesive customer journey.
