  • Serves as the main liaison for both internal and external stakeholders, including the Sales Force Team, Demo, Loaner, RPO, and Sales Representatives.
  • Facilitates the coordination of equipment for Demo, Loaner, RPO, and Sales purposes.
  • Oversees Certificate of Insurance (COTI) management and supports sales representatives with necessary COTI documentation.
  • Ensures timely reconciliation of bi-monthly inventory.
  • Organizes the scheduling of delivery and collection of inventory.
  • Manages and supervises the product health loaner process.
  • Maintains optimal stocking levels of Work Tools.
  • Initiates credit release requests as required.
  • Prepares call-off documents for internally transported equipment.
  • Demonstrates regular and punctual attendance.
  • Adheres to safety protocols and complies with all company policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with the construction equipment sales sector.
  • Understanding of business accounting principles.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Outstanding organizational, time management, and multitasking capabilities.
  • Proficient in computer applications and related software.
  • Intermediate skills in MS Office Excel and PowerPoint; advanced proficiency in MS Word.
  • Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations and interpret data accurately.
  • Capacity to interact with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Ability to comprehend written information and listen effectively to verbal communication.
Education and Experience:
  • Preferred experience of less than one year in a related field.
