Key Account Sales Professional

Joseph Jacob Jewelers is seeking a highly motivated Key Account Sales Professional to lead our sales team in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
Salary:$65,000 - $85,000 per year based on experience and performance
Responsibilities:- Foster strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Analyze customer needs and preferences to recommend relevant products and services
- Maintain visually appealing store displays and standards to create an engaging shopping environment
- Stay up-to-date with product information and features to effectively communicate benefits to customers
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive working atmosphere
- Operate POS systems and handle payments or credit authorizations efficiently and accurately
- Proven retail sales experience with a track record of exceeding sales targets
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Proficiency in English language and excellent communication skills
- Solid administrative skills and a high school degree
- Prior experience in sales preferred, with 5 years or more of experience desired
