We are seeking a skilled Sales Representative to join our team in upstate New York. As a key member of our Surgical Division, you will be responsible for selling surgical products in the operating room and building strong relationships with surgeons.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell surgical products to surgeons in the operating room
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Meet or exceed sales targets
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product developments

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
  • 3+ years of documented and verifiable sales experience
  • Ability to grow sales in previous sales positions
  • Maintain medical documentation and a good health profile

Compensation and Benefits:

  • $75,000 - $80,000 base salary
  • $173,000 OTE (On-Target Earnings)
  • $2,000 quarterly bonus for achieving 100% quota
  • Car allowance $700 + gas
