Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage various customer interactions throughout the customer journey, ensuring long-lasting relationships.
  • Exceed customer expectations through timely follow-ups on calls, messages, emails, and in-person visits for both existing and potential clients.
  • Deliver personalized and professional customer service, building trust and nurturing strong client relationships.
  • Address customer inquiries regarding coverage options, billing issues, or product details, following established agency protocols.
  • Collaborate with management to develop onboarding procedures for new and transferring clients.
  • Assist in achieving customer loyalty and satisfaction goals through various processes, including follow-ups, renewal outreach, and appointment scheduling for insurance reviews.

Qualifications
  • An insurance license is not necessary to apply; we will cover 100% of licensing fees.
  • Minimum of 1 year of office experience is required; experience in insurance is a plus.
  • Candidates should possess basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office.
  • Pay close attention to detail when reviewing policies, contracts, and client information to ensure accuracy.
  • Manage various client interactions, policy inquiries, and administrative tasks simultaneously, maintaining high service quality.
  • Communicate complex insurance concepts and policy details clearly and understandably to clients, enabling informed decision-making.
  • Exhibit professionalism in all communications, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring effective interactions.
