About Us
As a premier provider in addiction treatment, we specialize in outpatient medication-assisted treatment (MAT) for individuals facing opioid use disorder (OUD). Our approach utilizes medications such as methadone and buprenorphine to support our patients' journeys toward recovery from substance use disorders. Since our inception in 2005, we have been committed to a physician-led, patient-centered model, expanding to over 100 clinics across multiple states.

Role Overview
As a Patient Services Coordinator, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Welcoming patients and managing the check-in process.
  • Processing payments and assisting with daily operational tasks.
  • Maintaining a warm and professional demeanor to ensure a premium experience for patients.
  • Guiding new patients through their intake procedures.
  • Collecting necessary samples for drug screening as required.
  • Keeping accurate daily financial records and reports.
  • Collaborating with medical and clinical teams to facilitate patient intakes.
  • Providing administrative and logistical support.
  • Managing patient accounts and financial obligations.

Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates should possess:
  • A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED.
  • Experience in customer service within a fast-paced environment is preferred.
  • Background in healthcare, addiction medicine, or office administration is advantageous.
  • Personal experience with addiction is a plus.

Work Schedule and Flexibility
This role typically involves early morning hours with afternoons off. Flexibility to work weekends and evenings is expected, with an average of 37-40 hours per week.
