Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage multiple customer interactions throughout their journey, ensuring lasting relationships.

Qualifications
- An insurance license is not necessary to apply; we will cover the costs for licensing.
- 1+ years of prior office experience is required; experience in insurance is a plus.
- Candidates should possess basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office.
- Attention to detail is crucial when reviewing policies, contracts, and client information to ensure accuracy.
- Ability to manage various client interactions and administrative tasks simultaneously without sacrificing service quality.
- Effectively communicate complex insurance information to clients in a clear and friendly manner, enabling informed decision-making.
