Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage multiple customer interactions throughout the customer lifecycle, ensuring long-term relationships.
- Exceed customer expectations through consistent and timely follow-ups on inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits for both existing and potential clients.
- Deliver personalized and professional customer service, building trust and nurturing strong client relationships.
- Address customer questions regarding coverages, billing, or products, following established agency protocols.
- Collaborate with management to develop onboarding processes for new and transferring clients.
- Assist in achieving agency goals for customer loyalty and satisfaction through various processes, including follow-ups and insurance reviews.
Requirements
- An insurance license is not necessary to apply; we will cover the full cost of licensing.
- 1+ years of prior office experience is required; experience in insurance is a plus.
- Candidates should possess basic computer skills with proficiency in MS Office.
- Attention to detail is crucial when reviewing policies, contracts, and client information to minimize errors.
- Ability to manage various client interactions and administrative tasks simultaneously while maintaining service quality.
- Communicate complex insurance concepts clearly and effectively to clients, ensuring informed decision-making.
- Exhibit professionalism in all communications to foster a positive work environment and ensure effective interactions.
