Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage multiple customer interactions throughout the customer lifecycle, ensuring long-term relationships.
  • Exceed customer expectations through consistent and timely follow-ups on inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits for both existing and potential clients.
  • Deliver personalized and professional customer service, building trust and nurturing strong client relationships.
  • Address customer questions regarding coverages, billing, or products, following established agency protocols.
  • Collaborate with management to develop onboarding processes for new and transferring clients.
  • Assist in achieving agency goals for customer loyalty and satisfaction through various processes, including follow-ups and insurance reviews.

Requirements
  • An insurance license is not necessary to apply; we will cover the full cost of licensing.
  • 1+ years of prior office experience is required; experience in insurance is a plus.
  • Candidates should possess basic computer skills with proficiency in MS Office.
  • Attention to detail is crucial when reviewing policies, contracts, and client information to minimize errors.
  • Ability to manage various client interactions and administrative tasks simultaneously while maintaining service quality.
  • Communicate complex insurance concepts clearly and effectively to clients, ensuring informed decision-making.
  • Exhibit professionalism in all communications to foster a positive work environment and ensure effective interactions.
