Position Available:

We are on the lookout for a dedicated Client Relations Expert to enhance our team. The successful candidate will be adept at forging robust relationships with clients and driving revenue through effective business development and portfolio oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expanding the client portfolio through customer-focused initiatives
  • Leading efforts in prospecting and business development
  • Employing analytical tools to uncover growth opportunities
  • Collaborating with both internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Utilizing data analysis for informed business strategies
  • Delivering exceptional customer service and support

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
  • Possession of a valid driver's license
  • Willingness to travel within the local area
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales or sales support
  • Prior exposure to the automotive industry
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
