  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealerships, understanding their needs and providing solutions to drive sales growth
  • Conduct regular sales calls and meetings with dealerships to discuss sales performance, provide training and support, and identify opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and develop actionable insights to drive sales growth
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the market, competitors, and customer needs to stay ahead of the competition
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or financial services industry
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales strategies, tactics, and metrics
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time, as needed
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience with sales software and tools, such as CRM systems
  • Knowledge of the automotive or financial services industry, including market trends, competitors, and customer needs
